[paul sachs]

12/27/2009 had [i hope gone for good now] dural av fistula and it was glued closed at john hopkins hosp 9/1/2009. had numbness of both feet tightness in calfs,thighs hips, etc., was unable to urinate and deficate, continous pain in lower back. since sept 1, 2009 procedure have had limited improvement. still in wheelchair, am able to walk about 100 feet with walker, but other conditions remain. who knows how long before noticable recovery [if any] ?? percentage of recovery?? has anyone any knowledge of STEM CELL treatment and if it is viable for this condition?? know anyone who has had it??
