Help needed

Dear All,

My mother was diagnosed with spinal AVM yesterday after months of going around ourselves and going to a lot of doctors


My mother is about 57 years old and from I read on the internet the diseases should have been discovered earlier,she is almost paralyzed now she can hardly move her legs, is this permanent

I really do not know what to do as doctors here in Egypt have very little experience about this disease

Could anyone please help me in guiding me where should I ask for help, where are the hospitals i should contact and how much does the treatment cost
