Default It happened when I was eight

This is my first time on this site and any other like it. My name is Fiona and i had a spinal AVM when i was eight years old however i am now nineteen and unfortunatly still suffering on a daily basis from the repercussions of it.I have read all the stories on the web page and some of them are a real inspiration to me. I never had any symtons beforehand so i can only understand the repercussions you talk about and empathise deeply with you. The actual bleed itself is abit of a blur to me really, i guess from being young. Like i said I had no real symtoms before it happend but was in hospital to hospital for a good few months as i am told i am the youngest child to have suffered this?? I'm thankful to be here today and am lucky to be able to walk on my feet but when you can't sleep at night due to the constant spasms and pain in my back and legs it's hard to remember that. I have had to learn how to walk again, use my eyes properly as they were affected from the op and endure tons of pysio appointmens(pricey). Recently over the past 6 months(my reason for visiting the site) i have been experiencing enormous pain (as i'm sure you know you can't really describe)and am so worried that something is happening. I always have aches, spasms and sometimes am stopped dead from the pain which consumes my legs(usually my left leg). Went to the doctors and even with my previous health, they diagnosed me with leg cramps. Where should i go from here? I'd love to talk to someone about their experience or if you have any advice on pain release as it's only getting worse. Thanx Fi
