Not sure what to expect

Hi all started with mild symptoms 12 month ago had various tests icluding MRI scans then told i had slight swelling on the lower part of spinal cord and it looks like an arterio-venous fistula and that i was to have a magnetic resonance angiogram which i had last friday 14/01. reading the internet is a nightmare and was wondering what the treatments could be and for how long. my symptoms have developed i now have painfull movements to my legs with hot feet nearly all the time
